Latin Students Win National Recognition!

Congratulations to Dr. Keith Lindley and our Latin students for their performance on the National Latin Exam. The exam is given to over 149,000 students from all 50 states and 16 foreign countries. Nine St. Michael students qualified for national recognition based on their performance on the exam:

Three students performed at the highest level (Summa Cum Laude): They are Gabrielle Eslava and Alexander Vick (Latin 1) and Griffin Mahoney (Latin II). 

Three students performed at the next highest level in Latin I (Magna Cum Laude). They are Maeve Andrews,  ​Mary Kate Anthony​ and Julie-Ann Brazell

Finally, three students performed at the "Cum Laude" level. They are Hannah Gay, James Marlowe and Emily Taylor.
