Our Gala, "Cardinals in the Courtyard," took place on Saturday night, March 20, and it was great! The weather was perfect, the food was excellent, the entertainment was a lot of fun, and everyone seemed to be happy to have the chance to relax and socialize!!
Our thanks to Jenny Kopf and her magnificent group of women who hosted the evening, to Aaron Weber, a Nashville comedian who made us laugh, the five "fathers" who told us truly bad dad jokes, our donors and sponsors, who were so generous, to Fr. Steve, our altar boys and our Chamber Choir who hosted us for Mass before the Gala, and to so many other people who made the evening special.
Congratulations to our Spanish teacher, Suzanne Lindley, who was our Gala Honoree this year!
The event raised over $100,000, a new record for our Gala, which will be used for financial aid for incoming students to St. Michael. "We're grateful for everyone's generosity," says principal Faustin Weber. "Though I'm happy about the financial success of the evening, I am even happier about the fellowship and laughter! It's been a while for all of us."
Thanks also to "Salt and Light Creative," who took fabulous pictures of the event all evening long. You can
