deepen their relationship with God. The Assistant Principal needs to be able to build rapport with students, faculty, parents, and community members to further advance the mission of St. Michael
The duties for this position include overseeing and maintaining a safe and respectful school environment, including implementing the school safety plan, managing student discipline, attendance, and behavioral issues, maintaining appropriate records pertaining to student behavior and implementing policies and procedures in accordance with the St. Michael Student Handbook, and collaborating with the principal to implement and develop school policies and procedures. The assistant principal needs to be a visible presence on campus, at sporting events and other school events. Also, the assistant principal may be assigned teaching duties within their content area. Finally, the assistant principal must be able to support the mission and vision of St. Michael Catholic High
