Cardinal Bands Rate "Superior" in State Competitions

For the second straight year, the St. Michael Catholic High School Symphonic Band rated "Superior" in the Alabama Bandmaster Association State Music competition. The Symphonic Band earned "A" ratings in every category, including stage and sight-reading performances. 

Equally impressive, the St. Michael Middle School Band, comprised of students from Christ the King, St. Patrick and St. Benedict, also earned "Superior" in their first competition. 

Bravo, Mr. David Pryor, St. Michael Director of Music and Miss Rachel Rayburn, Assistant Band Director, and all the musicians in our high school and Catholic elementary schools!
